浅析数据治理在应急管理中的应用

Analysis of the application of data governance in emergency management

当今社会,突发事件和自然灾害层出不穷,造成了日益增长的社会问题,并给应急管理工作带来了压力和挑战,因此应急管理越来越需要科技手段的支持。数据治理作为数字政府建设的核心技术和思路,能够有效地支撑应急管理工作的开展,为防灾减灾救灾、应急指挥等业务工作提供数据支撑,在应急事件防治和处置中发挥关键作用。通过探讨数据治理在应急管理工作中的应用,提出服务治理是数据治理的高级阶段,并结合广东省应急管理厅实践经验分析了数据治理如何在实战中发挥成效。

In today’s society,unexpected events and natural disasters are constantly emerging,causing increasing social prob-lems and bringing pressure and challenges to emergency management work.Therefore,emergency management increasingly re-quires the support of scientific and technological means.As the core technology and approach of digital government construction,data governance can effectively support the development of emergency management work,provide data support for disaster preven-tion,reduction and relief,emergency command and other business work,and play a key role in emergency event prevention and response.By exploring the application of data governance in emergency management work,it is proposed that service governance is an advanced stage of data governance.Based on the practical experience of the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department,this paper analyzes how data governance can be effective in practical operations.
