药用高粘度丙烯酸树脂合成研究

摘要 目的:药用高粘度丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ的合成与表征。方法:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲基丙烯酸为原料,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,通过溶液聚合,制备药用高粘度丙烯酸树脂;通过考察了溶剂浓度、引发剂用量以及反应温度等对目标产物粘度和收率的影响,优化了制备工艺。结果:合成的目标产物通过多种表征,符合中国药典标准。结论:在优化的工艺条件下,合成药用丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ粘度在20~50 mPa·S,收率达到89%。 Objective:To prepare Polyacrylic Resin II for drug delivery and to investigate the quality of it.Methods:Polyacrylic Resin I was prepared by the solution polymerization using methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylic acid as raw material,and benzoyl peroxide as initiator.The effects of solvent mass fraction,initiator concentration and reactive temperature on viscosity and yield of the title complex were studied.Results:The target product Conform to the standards Chinese Pharmacopoeia through a variety of characterization.Conclusion:Under the optimum conditions,the synthesis of medicinal acrylic resin II viscosity greater than 20 and less than 50 mPa.S,yield reached 89%.
