数智时代高校图书馆个性化信息服务模式研究

Research on the Personalized Information Service Model of University Library in the Era of Digital Wisdom

随着互联网的发展和智能终端的普及,研究数智时代下图书馆个性化信息服务模式,以期满足读者需求,提高服务效果。采用抽样调查法和网络调查法,对国内高校图书馆实施个性化信息服务情况进行研究分析,归纳高校图书馆在个性化信息服务方面所面临的问题;根据调查结果和拉斯韦尔5W理论,构建基于数智时代的高校图书馆个性化信息服务模式,分析模式构建过程中的障碍并提出应用对策。

With the development of the Internet and the popularization of smart terminals,the personalized informa-tion service model of the library under the era of digital wisdom is expected to meet the needs of readers and improve the service effect.This paper adopts the method of sampling surveys and online surveys to conduct research and analysis of the current domestic university libraries,and summarizes the problems faced by university libraries.Finally,according to the results of the investigation and the theory of Laswell 5W theoretical construction,this paper constructs the personalized in-formation service model of university libraries based on the digital wisdom era,analyzse obstacles in the model construc-tion process and puts forward application countermeasures.
