摘要
根据拖拉机静液压驱动系统泵控马达闭式回路的结构特点,提出了静液压驱动系统速度控制方案,完成了变量泵的电液比例排量调节机构的设计和选型,并运用AMESim软件仿真验证了阀-变量泵联合伺服速度控制系统方案的可行性和控制效果。
Based on the structural characteristics of the pump controlled motor closed circuit in the tractor hydrostatic drive system,this article proposes a speed control scheme for the hydrostatic drive system,completes the design and selection of the electro-hydraulic proportional displacement adjustment mechanism for the variable displacement pump,and uses AMESim software to simulate and verify the feasibility and control effect of the valve variable displacement pump combined servo speed control system scheme.
