随着农用机械与机具的普及,对应覆膜播种机和覆膜移栽机的机具越来越多,覆膜机的作业质量直接影响覆膜播种机出苗率和覆膜移栽机秧苗的成活率。通过对覆膜机各关键部件的设计研究,针对覆膜过程中影响覆膜质量的关键问题进行设计计算,确定覆膜机关键参数,并进行现场试验,铺膜效果高于国标要求,解决了麦间套种铺膜作业有机难用的难题。
