“入画游观”--解析江南摩尔广场更新改造概念设计

Make Urban Space a Landscape Painting Tour-Analysis of the Jiangnan Mall Square Renovation Conceptual Design

江南摩尔是一座脱胎于西方现代主义空间认知的城市广场,这里虽然功能设施完备,但是却存在地域特征、传统文化和独特审美的缺席--这也是现阶段大多数城市更新项目需要解决的问题。在风景园林语境中,中国传统山水画意中关于“游观”的认知可以为此提供一种解决之道。“游观”与空间中的身体经验有关,这也使其能够作为西方现代主义空间认知法则的补充成为可能。在对场地分析后,方案因地制宜,结合传统审美观念,利用现代城市的“人造地形”,即不同高度建筑与广场间的高程落差,在“城市地”中营造“山林地”之感受、在高楼台地间添屋架廊、在“造园”与“造山”的观念间转换尺度,谋划一种与传统山水绘画同构的“游观”意境。在为这座江南小城创造“入画游观”体验的同时,探索一种由传统山水绘画观念推动的当代中国城市更新的设计方法。

Jiangnan Mall Square is an urban square born out of the Western modernist spatial cognition.Although it has complete functions,there is the absence of regional characteristics,traditional culture,and unique aesthetic,which is also the problem that most urban renewal projects need to solve at this stage.In the context of landscape architecture,the cognition of"wandering and contemplation"in traditional Chinese landscape painting can provide a solution to this problem.It is related to physical experience in space,which makes it possible to complement the spatial laws of Western modernism.Based on the analysis of the square site,the plan is adapted to local conditions,combined with traditional aesthetics,and uses the"artificial terrain"of modern cities–the elevation difference between buildings of different heights and the square–to create the feeling of"mountain land"in the"city land",add roof truss corridors between the terraces of tall buildings,and change the scale between the concepts of"garden building"and"mountain building",to plan a kind of"wandering and contemplation"artistic conception which is the same structure as traditional landscape painting.While creating a"landscape painting tour"experience for this small Jiangnan town,the paper explores a design method of contemporary Chinese urban renewal driven by the traditional landscape painting concept.
