摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是一种慢性复发性、炎症性皮肤病,以缓解期和复发期交替出现为主要特征,然而当前临床研究中对AD“复发”的定义尚不完全清楚。因此本文检索并总结了近5年来国内外文献中关于AD复发的定义及特点,并阐述不同定义方式的优势和局限性,以期为AD的长期管理提供更合适的评价标准。
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease characterized by alternating remission and recurrence.However,the definition of AD relapse in current clinical studies is not completely clear.Therefore,this article systematically performed a literature review on definition and characteristics of AD relapse published at home and abroad in the last five years.Furthermore,both advantages and limitations of different definition methods were also expounded in order to provide more appropriate evaluation criterion for the long-term management of AD.
