摘要
分别以硫酸铝、明矾、硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁为媒染剂,采用茜草提取液上染醋/涤混纺织物,研究染色工艺(染色pH、温度和时间)对染色性能的影响。结果表明:以硫酸铜为媒染剂,采用前媒染色法对醋/涤混纺织物进行染色时,织物K/S值最大,即颜色最深。最佳染色工艺条件为:染液pH值3、染色温度100℃、染色时间60 min。最终经茜草染料染色后醋/涤混纺织物色牢度能达到4~5级以上。
Four mordants of aluminum sulfate,alum,copper sulfate,and ferrous sulfate were used to dye acetate/polyester blended fabric with madder extract.The effects of dyeing temperature,pH value and dyeing time on the dyeing properties of fabric were studied.The results showed that the K/S value of acetate/polyester blended fabric dyed with copper sulfate as mordant for pre-mordant dyeing was the highest,which meant the color was deepest.The optimal dying condition was as follows:pH value 3,dyeing temperature 100℃,dyeing time 60 min.The color fastness of dyed acetate/polyester blended fabric could reach grade 4~5.
