新时代背景下工科本科生就业竞争力提升研究

摘要 新时代背景下的经济发展形势变化和毕业生规模增加,促使工科本科生就业竞争力不足的问题越发凸显。受高校人才培养水平和大学生自身因素的影响,工科本科生面临着工科人才培养与产业需求存在错配、就业竞争力与岗位需求存在偏差、就业观与新时代要求存在差距等就业困境。为了增强工科本科生的就业竞争力、促进高质量充分就业,本文提出并探讨了改革高校人才培养模式、探索多方联动协同育人机制、引导工科本科生树立科学就业观的策略,以期为新时代工科本科生就业竞争力的提升提供有益借鉴。 Changes in the economic development situation and the increase in the size of graduates in the context of the new era have contributed to the problem of insufficient employment competitiveness of engineering undergraduates becoming more and more prominent.Influenced by the level of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and college students'factors,engineering undergraduates are facing employment dilemmas such as the mismatch between the cultivation of engineering talents and the industrial demand,the deviation between the employment competitiveness and the demand for jobs,and the gap between the outlook on employment and the requirements of the new era.To enhance the employment competitiveness of engineering undergraduates and promote high-quality and full employment,the strategies of reforming the talent cultivation mode of universities,exploring the mechanism of multi-party linkage and collaborative education,and guiding engineering undergraduates to set up a scientific concept of employment are proposed and discussed,with a view to providing a useful reference for the enhancement of the employment competitiveness of engineering undergraduates in the new era.
