数字主权视域下国家文化专网建设路径探究

On the Construction Path of National Cultural Private Network from the Perspective of Digital Sovereignty

在数字主权的逻辑框架下,从国家文化专网的现状导入,从内在动因、现实困境与未来展望三个方面对国家文化专网进行分析,得出要贯彻以人为本发展思想,筑牢文化专网建设地基;搭建网络信息数据平台,维护文化专网生态安全;把握数字网络技术命脉,提升文化专网竞争实力;打造网络空间命运共同体,促生文化专网价值认同的建议,探究在数字主权视域下,中国国家文化专网在网络文化安全生态中可行的建设路径。

Through the practice of national cultural private network,this paper analyzes the national cultural private network from three aspects:internal motivation,dilemma and future prospect under the logical framework of digital sovereignty.Conclusions are drawn,such as building a solid foundation for the construction of cultural private network with people-oriented development thought;establishing the network information data platform to maintain the ecological security of the cultural private network;grasping the lifeblood of digital network technology to enhance the competitive strength of cultural private network;creating a community of shared future in cyberspace and promoting the recognition of the value of cultural private networks,so as to explore the feasible construction path of China's national cultural private networks in the network cultural security ecology under the perspective of digital sovereignty.
