摘要
旨在研究冷床轧辊的损伤与寿命评估,以及提出优化设计和维护建议。通过分析冷床轧辊的损伤类型和致损原因,采用材料力学性能测试和轧辊应力分析等方法,从表面损伤和内部损伤两个方面进行详细分析。研究结果表明,轧辊的磨损、划伤、龟裂等表面损伤和断裂、裂纹、软化等内部损伤是常见问题。基于此,提出了优化轧辊材料选择、表面处理、轧辊结构设计和定期维护等建议,以延长轧辊使用寿命并提高生产效率。
Aiming to study the damage and life assessment of cooling bed rolls and make suggestions for optimal design and maintenance.Based on the analysis of the damage types and causes of the cold bed roll,the mechanical properties of the material and the stress analysis of the roll are analyzed in detail from the two aspects of the surface damage and the internal damage.The results show that the surface damage,such as wear,scratch and crack,and the internal damage,such as fracture,crack and softening,are common problems.Based on this,some suggestions such as optimizing roller material selection,surface treatment,roller structure design and regular maintenance are put forward to prolong the service life of roller and improve production efficiency.
