基于气化理论的风药应用薪火相传

Application of Fengyao based on the theory of Qihua from ancient times to modern times

风药在历代医家的应用极为广泛,很多流派均有不同的应用特色。从《内经》到《伤寒杂病论》,再到金元时期开创的易水学派以及诸多流派,再到明清时期的温病学派以及其他学派,对风药均有不同见解,但其理论渊源确是一脉相承。本文从人体气化理论的角度,探讨风药的应用特点,从而说明风药应用的历史虽源远流长,但确是薪火相传、古今一统,体现了传统中医的理论特征。

Fengyao has been widely used by doctors in the past dynasties,and many schools have different application characteristics.From“Neijing”to“Shanghanzabinglun”and to the“Yishuixuepai”in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,as well as many schools,to the“Wenbingxuepai”in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,as well as other schools,they have different opinions on Fengyao,but their theoretical origins come down in one continuous line.This paper discusses the application characteristics of Fengyao from the perspective of human body Qihua theory,to show it is passed from ancient times to modern times,although the history of the application of Fenyao has a long history.It embodies the theoretical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
