高职生心理危机干预的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Psychological Crisis Intervention for Students at Higher Vocational Institutes

大学生心理危机干预是大学生心理健康工作的重要内容之一。本文围绕新时代大学生心理危机干预的意义、高职生心理危机的定义、种类、表现、干预方法等方面进行阐述,提出针对高职学生心理危机实施的“案例+分析+研究+包保”的联合工作机制,旨在探索出高职学生有效的心理危机干预方法。

Psychological crisis intervention for college students is one of the important contents of college students' mental health work.This paper focuses on the definition,types,manifestations,intervention methods and the significance of intervention of college students' psychological crisis in the new era,and proposes the joint working mechanism of "case + analysis + research + guarantee" for the implementation of psychological crisis,aiming to explore the effective psychological crisis intervention methods for them.
