“新疆内职班”班级管理模式的探索

"Xinjiang Secondary Vocational Class in Mainland" Exploration of Classroom Management Models

新疆内职班是为均衡教育资源分布不均衡而采取的一项教育大计,本文针对新疆学生在内地职业学校的管理上存在的问题提出解决对策,倡导自主式班级管理模式,通过打造班级特色文化,注重自我教育;创建科学的班级制度,坚持自主管理;加强理想信念教育,关注自我成长的三种有效途径解决“新疆内职班”班级管理上遇到的难题。

Xinjiang secondary vocational classes in mainland as a major educational initiative to equalize the imbalance in the distribution of educational resources.This paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems of Xinjiang students' management of vocational schools in the mainland,advocates the autonomous class management mode,and solves the problems of "Xinjiang secondary vocational class in mainland" through three effective ways,namely,creating class characteristic culture and focusing on self-education,creating scientific class system and insisting on self-management,and strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs and focusing on self-growth.We advocate an autonomous class management mode,through three effective ways to solve the problems encountered in the class management of "Xinjiang secondary vocational class in mainland".
