摘要
为落实“1+X”证书遴选管理办法,统筹做好培训评价组织监管工作,确保“1+X”证书制度规范有序推进,尝试构建一套“1+X”证书质量评价指标体系,对各培训评价组织的“1+X”证书质量进行评价。本评价指标体系基于CIPP教育评价理论,结合AHP层次分析法从背景评价、输入评价、过程评价及结果评价四个评价维度进行指标设计。评价指标体系尊重多元主体的意见表达,由包括学生、教师、教学管理的三类评价主体通过测量问卷方式共同参与评价过程。评价指标体系包括4个一级指标,9个二级指标和39个三级指标的评价指标体系。对“1+X”证书实施情况进行量化统计分析,为完善“1+X”证书质量评价研究提供参考。
In order to implement the "1+X" certificate selection and management methods,do a good job in organizing and supervising the training and evaluation,and ensure the standard and orderly promotion of the "1+X" certificate system.It tries to construct a set of "1+X" certificate quality evaluation index system to evaluate the quality of "1+X" certificate of each training and evaluation organization.Due to the CIPP model and using analytic hierarchical process(the AHP)method,evaluation index system include four aspects:Context evaluation,Input evaluation,Process evaluation and Product evaluation.The evaluation index system respects the expression of opinions of multiple subjects,and three types of evaluation subjects including students,teachers,and teaching management participate in the evaluation process together by means of measurement questionnaires.The evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.The quantitative statistical analysis of the implementation of "1+X" certificate provides reference for the improvement of "1+X" certificate quality evaluation research.
