The Review and Prospect of China-Japan Economic and Trade Relations under the Background of Full into Effect of RCEP

目前《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》已全面生效,有利于共同维护和强化以规则为基础的多边贸易体制,也将促进中日经贸关系的深化发展。中日围绕稳定宏观经济大局、以科技创新引领经济发展、以绿色转型促进人与自然和谐共生、积极应对人口老龄化、推动更加普惠包容的全球发展等方面有很多共同议题,双方经贸合作也将在RCEP大框架下实现新突破。期待两国抓住机遇、相向而行,以《中日和平友好条约》缔结45周年为里程碑和新起点,继续深化务实合作,合力构建契合新时代要求的建设性、稳定的中日经贸关系。

At present,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has come into full force,which is conducive to jointly safeguarding and strengthening the rulesbased multilateral trading system,and will also promote the deepening development of China-Japan economic and trade relations.China and Japan have many common issues on maintaining macroeconomic stability,guiding economic development through scientific and technological innovation,promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature through green transformation,actively responding to the aging population,and promoting more inclusive global development.Bilateral economic and trade cooperation will also make new breakthroughs under the framework of RCEP.It is expected that the two countries will seize the opportunity,work together,take the 45th anniversary of the signing of the China-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship as a milestone and new starting point,continue to deepen pragmatic cooperation,and jointly build a constructive and stable China-Japan economic and trade relationship that meets the requirements of the new era.
