Construction project safety management based on BIM and Internet of Things technology

施工安全是建筑工程项目成功与否的关键,如何提高建筑工程项目安全管理水平是目前亟待解决的关键问题。BIM技术和物联网技术作为新兴信息技术,对安全管理具有非常重要的促进作用。针对建筑工程项目安全管理,首先总结了BIM技术和物联网技术的概念,分析了两种技术在建筑工程项目安全管理中的重要性和作用。其次,针对危险源识别问题,从建模、监测和预警三个方面,提出了基于BIM技术和物联网技术的危险源识别方法。最后,通过实际案例应用分析,展示和验证了基于BIM技术和物联网技术的危险源识别方法的可行性。

Construction safety is the key to the success of construction projects.How to improve the safety management level of construction projects is the key problem to be solved urgently.BIM technology and Internet of Things technology,as emerging information technologies,play a very important role in promoting security management.This paper studies the application of BIM and Internet of Things technology in security management.Firstly,the concepts of BIM technology and Internet of Things technology are summarized,and the importance and role of the two technologies in the safety management of construction projects are analyzed.Secondly,in view of the problem of hazard identification,a hazard identification method based on BIM technology and Internet of Things technology is proposed from three aspects:modeling,monitoring and early warning.Finally,the feasibility of the hazard identification method based on BIM technology and Internet of Things technology is demonstrated and verified through the application analysis of practical cases.
