摘要
以某18层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构建筑为研究背景,分析因剪力墙、柱节点核心区混凝土强度低于设计标准,导致结构抗震性能和承载能力不足而进行的加固设计以及施工技术的研究,为同类加固工程项目提供参考。
This paper proposed the analysis of strengthening and rehabilitating of an 18-storey residential building.The concrete strength of shear walls and core areas of column joints in this building is lower than standard requirement,which results in insufficient seismic performance and load-bearing capacity.This paper presents the seismic reinforcing methods of the shear wall structure with low-strength concrete and provides a reference for similar retrofitting projects.
