摘要
目前线路维修大修单独对铁路长大直线线路整正方法,常用的有直接绘图的CAD查询法、目测法、激光法等,由于传统整正方法存在精度低、线路导线无法贯通、效率低等缺陷,不能适应线路维修普遍采用的大机全面捣固精确养护。因此提出采用坐标法对长大直线整正进行研究,通过实际验证,该方法具有精度高,理论严谨、效率高,能够计算拨后线路长度伸缩量等优点,能满足线路养护大机全面捣固养护的需要。
At present in maintenance and overhaul of railway lines,the traditional alignment methods,such as CAD query method,visual inspection method,laser method,etc.,have some problems,such as low accuracy,inability lead line can not going through,low efficiency,and can not adapt to the use of large tamping machine for accurate maintenance.The coordinate method is put forward to align the long straight line.The practical verification shows that the method has the advantages of high precision,strict theory,high efficiency,and can calculate the length expansion after track lining,and meets the need of using large tamper to maintain railway line.
