虚拟仪器技术在车载信号设备维护中的应用探究

摘要 为进一步优化铁路车载信号设备维护工作,推进设备维护向信息化、智能化转变,通过对当前铁路车载信号设备维护工作内容和特点进行深度分析,提出一种基于虚拟仪器技术的维护改进方案。并结合实际应用案例,论证在车载信号设备维护中应用虚拟仪器技术的优势和可行性。研究的主要结论如下:(1)当前车载设备维护自动化水平低,具有一定的可改造空间。(2)使用虚拟仪器技术可以较为方便实现信号测量与模拟的功能,对当前车载信号设备维护工具的研发和改造具有一定的参考意义。(3)虚拟仪器技术以上位机软件作为主要控制平台,人机交互性相比传统仪器有显著提升,同时也实现了数据台账的电子化。 In order to further optimize the maintenance work of railway on-board signaling equipment and promote the transformation of equipment maintenance to informatization and intelligence,a maintenance improvement plan based on virtual instrument technology is proposed through an in-depth analysis of the current content and characteristics of maintenance work on railway on-board signaling equipment.And combined with actual application cases,it demonstrates the advantages and feasibility of applying virtual instrument technology in the maintenance of vehicle signaling equipment.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The current maintenance automation level of vehicle-mounted equipment is low and there is a certain room for modification.(2)The use of virtual instrument technology can more easily realize signal measurement and simulation functions,which has certain reference significance for the development and transformation of current vehicle signal equipment maintenance tools.(3)Virtual instrument technology uses PC software as the main control platform.Compared with traditional instruments,the human-computer interaction is significantly improved,and it also realizes the electronicization of data ledgers.
