摘要
西安地铁5号线地铁车辆牵引系统频繁预充电问题造成正线救援,针对问题深入分析,找出其根本原因是由于司机频繁操作方向手柄导致紧急制动发生,造成预充电故障致使牵引系统停止工作。为此提出车辆电路设计及软件优化方案,通过静态模拟和现场验证,优化效果良好,提高了车辆运营安全可靠性。
Xi'an metro line5 metro vehicle was rescued due to the traction system frequent pre-charging problem caused,for the issue to analysis in depth,It is found that the root cause is the occurrence of emergency braking caused by the driver's frequent operation of the direction handle,which causes the pre-charging fault and the traction system stops working.Therefore,the vehicle circuit design and software optimization scheme are proposed.Through static simulation and field verification,the optimization effect is good,and the vehicle operation safety and reliability are improved.
