安源工运时期中共与萍乡煤矿职员阶层的关系述论

Study on the Relationship Between the CPC and the Staff of Pingxiang Coal Mine During the Anyuan Workers’Movement

萍乡煤矿的雇员分为工人与职员两大阶层。萍矿职员的待遇较好,并存在压迫工人的现象。1920年代初期,中共在领导安源路矿工人运动期间,对萍矿职员阶层实行了既联合又斗争的策略。萍矿下级职员因面临着高失业风险,为了维护自身权益,成立了同人俱乐部,并于1924年9月发动罢工。中共对职员罢工予以暗中支持。但因内部不团结,职员罢工很快失败。此后,萍矿职员阶层进一步分化,一部分依附于萍矿当局,一部分与中共领导的工会合作。

The staff of Pingxiang Coal Mine was mainly divided into two classes:workers and the office clerks.The office clerks of Pingxiang Coal Mine were well paid and allegedly oppressed workers.In the early 1920s,while leading the Anyuan Railroad and Coal Mine Workers’Movement,the CPC adopted the strategy of both uniting and struggling against the office clerks of Pingxiang Coal Mine.In order to protect their own rights and interests,the subordinate clerks of Pingxiang Coal Mine established a Colleague’s Club and launched a strike in September 1924,which won secret support from the CPC.However,due to internal disunity,the strike soon failed.Since then,the office clerks of Pingxiang Coal Mine had been further divided,with some attached to the authorities of Pingxiang Coal Mine and some cooperating with the labor union led by the CPC.
