萍乡市企业参与市域产教融合的意愿及影响因素——基于34家企业的质性研究

Pingxiang Enterprises’Willingness to Participate in the Integration of Industry and Education and the Influencing Factors——A Qualitative Study Based on 34 Enterprises

为考查萍乡市企业参与市域产教融合的意愿及影响因素,采用质性访谈的方式,对萍乡市34家企业进行调研,运用Nvivo12.0对调研结果进行质性分析,结果发现:萍乡市企业参与本市产教融合的意愿水平较高,但存在国有企业和民营企业之间的显著差异;影响萍乡市企业参与本市产教融合意愿的主要因素有参与动力、合作方资质以及潜在风险因素等。因此,推进地方高校人才服务企业、为萍乡市企业提供技术和研发支持、努力降低企业方投资成本等是促进萍乡市企业参与本市产教融合的重要途径。

In order to examine Pingxiang enterprises’willingness to participate in the integration of industry and education and the influencing factors,qualitative interviews were used to research 34 enterprises in Pingxiang,and Nvivo 12.0 was used to analyze the results qualitatively.It is found that:the willingness level of enterprises in Pingxiang to participate in the integration of industry and education is high,but there is a significant difference between the state-owned and private enterprises;the main factors influencing the participation are participation motivation,qualification of the partner and potential risk factors.Therefore,to promote the participation of enterprises in Pingxiang to the integration of industry and education,we should promote local university talents to serve enterprises,provide technical and R&D support for enterprises,and reduce the investment cost of the enterprise.
