农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应的潜类别及其影响因素

The latent classes and influencing factors of occupational adaptation in newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas

摘要 为了考察农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应的潜在类别及其影响因素,利用职业适应量表对江西省247个幼儿园的313名在职农村新转岗幼儿教师进行测量,并采用潜在剖面分析方法对测验数据进行潜在类别分析,利用多项Logistic回归分析方法考察农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应潜在类别的影响因素,结果发现:农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应被划分为3个潜在类别,分别是适应良好组、一般适应组和适应不良组;农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应潜类别会受到职业压力、心理资本和社会支持的显著影响。因此,农村新转岗幼儿教师职业适应存在3组异质性不同的亚群组,这种亚群组差异会受到各种因素的影响。 In order to investigate the latent classes of occupational adaptation in newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas and their influencing factors.313 in-service rural newly transferred preschool teachers from 247 kindergartens in Jiangxi Province were measured by the Career Adaptation Scale(CBSS),and the latent profile analysis method was used to conduct latent classes analysis on the data,and multiple logistic regression analysis methods were used to investigate the influencing factors of the latent classes of occupational adaptation of newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas.This study found that:The occupational adaptation of newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas was divided into 3 latent classes,namely,the well-adaptation group,the general adaptation group and the poor adaptation group;the occupational adaptation of newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas are significantly affected by occupational stress,psychological capital,and social support.So,there are three classes with different heterogeneity in the occupational adaptation of newly transferred preschool teachers in rural areas,and this subgroup difference will be affected by various factors.
