浅谈朱鹮生态区肉牛秸秆综合利用发展模式

A discussion on the development model of comprehensive utilization of beef cattle and straw in the ecological area of scarlet ibis

[目的]为了做好世界珍禽、国宝朱鹮主要的野生种群栖息地之一陕西省洋县的环境保护工作,切实解决好朱鹮生态区的环境保护与农村经济稳步增收的矛盾。[方法]总结洋县积极推广秸秆青贮技术、大力发展肉牛养殖产业的措施,提出进一步综合利用秸秆的建议。[结果]截至2022年底,洋县培育建成肉牛秸秆综合利用示范镇8个、示范村22个、示范场(户)56个,建设饲草青贮处理设施128处,配备青贮处理机械197台(套),年加工利用农作物秸秆14.3万t,全县肉牛产业年产值达9.8亿元,做到了作物秸秆综合利用,基本杜绝了焚烧作物秸秆造成的环境污染,为国宝朱鹮创造了一个良好的生存生活环境。[结论]实现了朱鹮生态区环境保护与农作物秸秆综合利用、肉牛产业发展、农民增收致富的和谐发展格局。

[Objectives]In order to well protect the environment in Yang County,Shaanxi Prov-ince,which is one of the main wild habitats for populations of the scarlet ibis,the rare birds and na-tional treasures,and effectively solve the contradiction between environmental protection in the ecologi-cal area of scarlet Ibis and steady increase in rural economy.[Methods]The measures taken by Yang County to actively promote straw silage technology and vigorously develop the beef cattle breeding in-dustry were summarized.Suggestions for the further comprehensive utilization of straw were proposed.[Results]Yang County built 8 demonstration towns,22 demonstration villages,and 56 demonstration farms(households)for the comprehensive utilization of beef cattle and straw at the end of 2022.128 treatment facilities of forage silage were constructed.197 silage treatment machineries were equipped.143000 tons of crop straw were processed and utilized annually.The annual output of the beef cattle industry in Yang County was 980 million yuan.The comprehensive utilization of crop straw was achieved.The environmental pollution caused by burning crop straw was basically eliminated.A good living environment for the national treasure scarlet ibis was created.[Conclusions]A harmonious devel-opment pattern of environmental protection in the ecological area of scarlet ibis,comprehensive utiliza-tion of crop straw,development of beef cattle industry,and increasing income for farmers was achieved.
