大分子型紫外光固化水性聚氨酯的合成研究

摘要 采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)以及1,4–环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)充当硬段,线性聚碳酸酯二元醇(T5651)作为软段,三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)充当光敏单体,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水单体,通过扩链合成了大分子型紫外光固化水性聚氨酯(UV-WPU)。结合核磁共振波谱(NMR)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)以及激光粒度分析仪对合成的乳液及涂膜的结构与性能进行了表征,探讨了TMPME、DMPA、CHDM用量和光固化工艺对于树脂乳液以及成膜后性能的影响。结果表明:当TMPME质量分数为15%,CHDM、DMPA质量分数分别为6%、5%时制得的聚氨酯乳液贮存稳定、性能优异;经紫外光固化35 s后涂膜硬度高、不黄变,耐溶剂性好。 The macromolecular UV-curable waterborne polyurethane(UV-WPU)was synthesized by chain extension with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)as hard segments,linear polycarbonate diol(T5651)as soft segment,trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether(TMPME)as photosensitive monomer,and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic monomer.The structures and properties of the emulsion synthesized and film were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmissional electron microscope(TEM),thermal gravity analyzer(TGA)and laser particle-size analyzer.The effects of the TMPME,DMPA and CHDM content and UV curing process on the properties of the resin emulsion and film were investigated.The data showed:when the weight percentage of TMPME was 15%,the weight percentages of CHDM and DMPA were 6%and 5%respectively,the polyurethane emulsion prepared was stable and had superior performance;after UV curing for 35 s,the film had high hardness,great yellowing resistance and solvent resistance.
