金红石型二氧化钛在醇酸树脂体系中遮盖力的检测方法探究及评价

摘要 采用金红石型二氧化钛为颜料,按照一定的配方和方法制备涂料浆,取适量待测涂料浆和标样涂料浆置于黑白板顶端,利用自动涂布机制备涂膜,采用分光光度计分别检测黑白板上涂膜的反射率,得到其遮盖力,同时对影响遮盖力检测的关键因素进行优化。结果表明,以醇酸树脂、混合溶剂、硝基清漆、钛白粉为原料制备涂料,湿膜厚度为80μm的条件下,金红石型二氧化钛在醇酸树脂中的遮盖力数值稳定,数据重塑性好。采用该种方法可实现生产线钛白粉质量稳定性评价。 Using rutile titanium dioxide as pigment,the paint slurry was prepared according to a certain formulation and method.An appropriate amount of the paint slurry to be tested and the standard sample paint slurry were placed on the top of the black-and-white board.The paint film was prepared using an automatic coating machine,the photometer reflectivity of the film on the black and white board was measured to obtain its hiding power,and the key factors affecting the detection of hiding power were optimized.The results showed that the hiding power data of rutile titanium dioxide in alkyd resin was stable when the wet film thickness was 80μm,and data repeat ability was also good.This method can be used to evaluate the quality stability of titanium dioxide in production line.
