Quality problems and control strategies in the production process of modified plastics

伴随改性塑料应用要求的日益提升,分析其生产实践中存在的质量问题及管控策略拥有十分关键的意义。鉴于此,本文首先简单介绍了优化改性塑料生产过程的重要性,然后分析了改性塑料生产过程中存在的质量问题,最后结合相关实践经验,探究了改性塑料生产过程的质量管控策略,阐述了个人对于改性塑料的几点看法与认识,以供参考。

With the increasing requirements for the application of modified plastics,analyzing the quality problems and control strategies in their production practice is of great significance.In view of this,this article first briefly introduces the importance of optimizing the production process of modified plastics,and then analyzes the quality problems that exist in the production process of modified plastics.Finally,based on relevant practical experience,quality control strategies for the production process of modified plastics were explored,and several personal views and understandings on modified plastics were elaborated for reference.
