“新的教育社会契约”视域下社区教育课程变革探析

摘要 2021年11月10日,联合国教科文组织发布《共同重新构想我们的未来:一种新的教育社会契约》,从人与自然、人与社会、人与技术三个层面确立了课程改革的最新理念,社区教育呈现从终身教育到终身优质教育、从知识本位到知识互动、从人类共同利益到地球共同利益的发展趋势,这对社区教育课程的价值取向、资源构成、实施原则实现根本性转变具有重要意义。因此,在“新的教育社会契约”指导下,社区教育应致力于确立终身优质教育课程目标、在知识共享中优化课程结构、在多元互动中拓深课程内容、在和谐共创中落实课程实施,进而促进社区教育课程的变革。 On November 10th,2021,the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO)issued“Reimagining Our Future Together:A New Social Contract for Education”,which established the latest concept of curriculum reform from three levels of humans and nature,humans and society,humans and technology.Community education presents a trend of the development from lifelong education to lifelong high-quality education,from knowledge standard to knowledge interaction,from the common interests of humanity to the common interests of the earth,which is of great significance to the fundamental transformation of the value orientation,resource composition and implementation principles of community education curriculum.Therefore,community education should be committed to establishing the goal of lifelong high-quality education curriculum,optimizing the curriculum structure in knowledge sharing,deepening the curriculum content in multiple interactions,and implementing curriculum implementation in harmonious co-creation under the guidance of the“New Educational Social Contract”,so as to promote the reform of community education curriculum.
