摘要
探究学习者持续学习意愿的形成机制对在线教育的可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。以中国大学MOOC上的学习评论数据为研究对象,将手段—目的链模型与文本挖掘技术相结合,构建出在线学习的价值层次图,确定了学习者持续学习意愿的形成路径。随后,提出了基于关联频数及情感指数的路径重要性度量方法,对学习者持续学习意愿形成的关键路径进行了分析。结果表明:有6条路径可影响学习者持续学习意愿的形成。其中,“课程讲解—知识获取—价值感知”和“教学方式—求知兴趣—内在激励”为关键路径。研究结果为在线课程的质量提升指明了方向。
Exploring the formation mechanism of learners’willingness of learning persistence has important practical significance for the sustainable development of online education.Taking the learning comment data on MOOC of Chinese universities as the research object,the value hierarchy diagram of online learning is constructed by combining the means-end chain model with text mining technology,and the formation path of learners’willingness of learning persistence is determined.Subsequently,a method of path importance measurement based on associated frequency and emotion index is proposed to analyze the critical path of learners’willingness of learning persistence.The results show that there are six paths that can affect the formation of learners’willingness of learning persistence.“Course instruction-knowledge acquisition-value perception”and“teaching method-knowledge interest-intrinsic motivation”are the critical paths.The results indicate the direction for the quality improvement of online courses.
