基于创新能力培养的高校教育教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of Higher Education and Teaching Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability

创新能力是当今社会经济发展的重要驱动力之一,高校作为培养未来人才的重要场所,应将大学生创新能力培养作为重点内容,以满足高等人才教育培养的新需求。基于创新能力培养的高校教育教学改革意义分析,明确推进大学生创新能力培养的高校教学改革实践载体,进一步结合创新能力培养视角下高校教育教学改革重点,提出拓展高校课程教学的创新能力培养服务功能、强化大学生创新能力思想教育引导、深化高校大学生创新能力培养的教育实践合作、打造数字化的大学生创新能力培养服务对接平台等策略,以期优化大学生创新能力培养体系,提升大学生创新能力教育质量。

Innovative ability is one of the important driving forces of social and economic development today.As an important venue to cultivate future talents,colleges and universities should take the cultivation of college students’innovative ability as the key content to meet the new needs of higher talent education and training.Based on the analysis of the significance of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities on the cultivation of innovative ability,this paper clarifies the practical carrier of teaching reform in colleges and universities to promote the cultivation of innovative ability of college students,and further combines the key points of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities from the perspective of innovative ability cultivation,and puts forward strategies such as expanding the service function of innovative ability cultivation in university curriculum teaching,strengthening the ideological education and guidance of college students’innovative ability,deepening the educational practice cooperation of college students’innovative ability cultivation,and building a digital platform for college students’innovative ability cultivation services,in order to optimize the cultivation system of college students’innovative ability and improve the quality of college students’innovative ability education.
