摘要
结直肠癌已成为我国卫生健康领域面临的最重要挑战之一。近年来结直肠癌治疗的主要特点为:早期病例逐步增多,内镜治疗比重提高;传统手术疗效确切,手术范围呈现稳步缩小趋势;局部晚期患者新辅助治疗模式多样化,选择需个体化;晚期疾病精细化诊治趋势明显,疗效稳步提升但突破难。治疗目标、治疗手段、患者选择等呈现多样化趋势,这是医学技术和人文理念相互培育和共同成就的结果。本文将回顾介绍2023年度结直肠癌治疗研究进展。
Colorectal cancer has become one of the most vital challenges the field of health in China.There are some emerging noteworthy phenomena,for example,gradual increase of early lesions and subsequent endoscopic resection,the definite efficacy of traditional surgery and modification of surgery extent,personalized selection of neoadjuvant treatment strategy in the context of diverse modality,and trending precision medicine in metastatic colorectal cancer bringing a better outcome yet some difficulties.The objectives,pathways,and patient preferences present with a diversified complexity,which is the product of mutual cultivation and cooperation between medical technologies and humanistic ideas.This article aims to review the advances in the treatment and research of colorectal cancer in 2023.
