With the deepening of informatization background,in order to solve the problems of high cost and low efficiency of traditional archives management methods,this paper takes modern enterprise archives management as an example to discuss the application of computer technology in the modernization of archives management.Through digitalized archive storage,full-text search,security control and other means,this paper puts forward a series of solutions to reduce management costs,improve management efficiency and improve archive utilization.The research results of this paper aims to provide useful reference for relevant personnel in the field of information management.
