摘要
高职院校智能制造虚拟仿真实训基地建设为赋能职业教育发展注入新动力,基地师资队伍建设对基地建设和持续发展至关重要。文章旨在根据高职院校智能制造虚拟仿真实训基地功能建设需求,探讨基地师资队伍的现存问题和建设路径。
Building the intelligent manufacturing virtual simulation practical training bases in higher vocational colleges injects new impetus into the development of vocational education,and the construction of bases'teaching staff is crucial for the construction and sustainable development of the bases.The purpose of this paper is to explore the existing problems and construction paths of teaching staff of the intelligent manufacturing virtual simulation practical training base in higher vocational colleges based on its functional construction.
