李家梁水库双轮铣水泥土搅拌墙成墙技术研究

摘要 作为一种新型等厚度水泥土搅拌墙施工技术,双轮铣水泥土搅拌墙(SMC)在水利工程防渗墙和基坑工程止水围护结构等工程中有广阔应用前景。分析总结SMC工法的施工工艺及特点,并以榆林市李家梁水库防渗墙工程为依托,对水库成墙段水泥土搅拌墙进行无侧限抗压强度及渗透试验。结果表明:防渗墙成墙效果良好,满足工程技术要求,其中,无侧限抗压强度均大于3 MPa,最高为3.91 MPa,渗透系数均小于10^(-5)cm/s数量级,最低为10^(-10)数量级,墙体内部与搭接处强度基本一致,能够为相关工程实践提供借鉴。 As a new type of equal thickness cement mixing wall construction technology,cement soil mixing wall with double wheel milling(SMC)has a broad application prospect in water conservancy engineering impermeable wall and foundation pit sealing enclosure.Based on the cutoff wall project of Lijialiang Reservoir in Yulin city,the unconfined compressive strength and permeability tests of cement mixing wall were carried out.The results show that the anti-seepage wall has a good wall formation effect and meets the engineering technical requirements.Among them,the unconfined compressive strength is greater than 3 MPa,the highest is 3.91 MPa,the permeability coefficient is less than 10^(-5)cm/s,the lowest is 10^(-10)order of magnitude,and the strength of the inner wall and the joint is basically the same,which can provide reference for related engineering practice.
