数字人民币赋能数字金融产业的实现路径研究

Research on the Realization Path of Digital RMB Enabling Digital Financial Industry

数字人民币作为我国央行发行的数字货币,具备法定货币的基本属性和数字技术优势,对我国数字金融产业的影响是全面、系统和基础性的。数字人民币直接影响了金融产业的支付系统优化、金融产品多样化、金融包容性提升、数据驱动服务、风险管理和监管科技,以及跨行业合作等多个关键领域。但数字人民币的应用也带来了金融产业技术整合、消费者接受度和法规框架等挑战。为此,本文提出通过增强公众教育、促进跨部门合作、建立健全法规与标准等路径措施,支持数字人民币在数字金融产业中的广泛应用和健康发展,助力金融服务的现代化和数字化转型。

As a digital currency issued by China's central bank,digital RMB combines the basic attributes of legal currency and the advantages of digital technology,and has a comprehensive,systematic and fundamental impact on China's digital financial industry.The digital RMB directly impacts the payment system optimization,financial product diversification,financial inclusion promotion,data-driven services,risk management and regulatory technology,and cross-industry cooperation in a number of key areas of the financial industry.However,the application of digital RMB also brings challenges to the financial industry such as technology integration,consumer acceptance and regulatory framework.Therefore,based on a full analysis of the theory and logic of empowering the digital financial industry with digital RMB,the paper believes that it is necessary to strengthen public education,promote cross-departmental cooperation,establish and improve regulations and standards and other measures.To support the wide application and healthy development of digital RMB in the digital financial industry,help promote the modernization and digital transformation of financial services,and provide guidance for the innovation of financial technology and the development of the financial industry.
