基于多角色协同交互式仿真实训课程的 教学改革研究与实践--以福建江夏学院“商业银行经营管理实战沙盘”课程为例

摘要 “商业银行经营管理实战沙盘”课程是一门专业性、实践性、综合性很强的实训课程。在教学过程中存在教学模式单一、仿真实训系统功能不完善、教学资源欠缺、考核评价体系不全面、思政元素融入不够等问题。为全面提升学生商业银行经营管理的能力,培养理论知识与实践能力相结合的复合型金融人才,提高教学效果,依托角色扮演,角色转换,不同角色之间的交互与博弈,实现教学模式以学生为主体的转变,提升学生的学习兴趣与课程的参与度,不断完善和优化仿真实训系统,建立科学公正的评价体系,实现课程多角度、全方位的改革。 The course"Practical Sandtable for Commercial Bank Operation and Management"is a professional,practical and comprehensive practical training course.In the teaching process,there are still some problems such as single teaching mode,imperfect software function,lack of teaching resources,incomplete assessment and evaluation system,and insufficient integration of ideological and political elements.In order to comprehensively improve students'operation and management ability of commercial banks,cultivate compound financial talents combining theoretical knowledge and practical ability,improve teaching effect,rely on role playing,role transformation,interaction and game between different roles,realize the transformation of teaching mode with students as the main body,enhance students'learning interest and course participation,and constantly improve and optimize the simulation system.Establish a scientific and fair evaluation system,realize the multi-angle and all-round reform of the curriculum.
