氮中六氟化硫气体标准物质制备

摘要 采用称量法制备氮中六氟化硫气体标准物质。通过与摩尔分数相近的国家一级气体标准物质在相同实验条件下比较测量,从而确定制备的气体标准物质的量值。采用气相色谱仪-火焰光度检测器(FPD)对制备的标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验。由比较法定值、均匀性和稳定性引入的不确定度,计算合成氮中六氟化硫气体标准物质量值的相对标准不确定度和相对扩展不确定度。研制的3种浓度的氮中六氟化硫气体标准物质摩尔分数分别为10.0、99.96、1002μmol/mol,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),均匀性和稳定性良好,有效期为12个月。 Gas reference materials for sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen were prepared by weighing method.By comparing to national first-class gas standard substances with similar molar fractions under the same experimental conditions,the quantity value of the prepared gas reference materials for sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen was determined.The uniformity and stability of the prepared gas reference materials were analyzed by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector(FPD).The synthetic relative standard uncertainty and relative extended uncertainty of the fixed value results of gas reference materials for sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen were calculated by the uncertainty components from certification with comparison method,uniformity and stability.The molar fractions of the prepared gas reference materials for sulfur hexafluoride in nitrogen were 10.0,99.96,1002μmol/mol,respectively.The relative expanded uncertainty was 2%(k=2).The reference materials have good uniformity and stability in 12 months.
