摘要
以雷尼绍Invia Reflex显微共焦拉曼光谱仪为例,介绍了仪器的工作原理、使用方法及测试经验,阐述了设备的管理和维护要点。重点针对激光安全问题、光谱中的假峰、激光损坏样品、荧光背景干扰、信噪比差、金属有无拉曼光谱等使用过程中出现的常见问题进行了详细的阐述,总结了仪器使用常见问题的解决方案。假峰主要来源于宇宙射线、外界干扰光源发射线和N_(2)、O_(2)等常见气体干扰,荧光干扰可以通过外源性和内源性两种方式抑制或消除。研究结果为更好地发挥显微共焦拉曼光谱仪作用、提高其使用效率提供理论指导。
Taking the Renishaw invia Reflex micro confocal Raman spectrometer as an example,the working principle,usage methods,and testing experience of the instrument were introduced,and the main points of equipment management and maintenance were described in detail.The typical problems of laser safety,ghost peak,laser damage to samples,fluorescent background interference,poor signal-to-noise ratio,Raman spectroscopy of metals encountered during the use of the instrument were emphatically introduced,and summarized solutions to the problems.Ghost peaks mainly came from cosmic rays,external interference light source and common gas interference such as N_(2) and O_(2).Fluorescence interference could be suppressed or eliminated through both exogenous and endogenous approaches.The results of the study provide a theoretical reference for the better performance of the micro confocal Raman spectrometer and the improvement of usage efficiency.
