阿城运河古镇保护与开发现状及策略研究

A Study on Protection and Development Status and Strategies of the Ancient Canal Town,E-cheng

阿城古镇历史悠久,文化资源丰富,具备文旅深度融合发展的良好条件。近年来,阿城镇围绕乡村环境整治和遗产保护利用做了大量工作,取得了显著成绩,但仍存在产业发展优势不明显、镇域品牌营造较为落后、传统风貌格局遭到破坏、遗产保护与传承意识不强等问题和不足。针对这一情况,相关部门应采取加强顶层设计、加强生态环境整治、完善配套服务设施、修复古镇风貌格局、打造特色旅游品牌、健全管理体制机制、拓展资金来源途径、鼓励居民创业等措施,努力实现古镇遗产保护与旅游开发的有机结合,真正将阿城镇打造成为具有鲜明特色的江北运河古镇。

The Ancient Town,E-cheng has a long history and rich cultural resources.It has good con⁃ditions for the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism.In recent years,a lot of work has been done on rural environment improvement and heritage protection and utilization in E-cheng Town,and remarkable achievements have been made.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies,such as inconspicuous advantages in industrial development,relatively backward town branding,destroyed traditional townscape and layout,and weak awareness of heritage protection and in⁃heritance.In view of this situation,relevant departments should take measures to strengthen top-level design,strengthen ecological environment improvement,improve supporting service facilities,restore the townscape and layout of the ancient town,build a distinctive tourism brand,perfect management system and mechanism,expand sources of funds and encourage residents to start businesses and strive to real⁃ize the organic combination of heritage protection and tourism development of the ancient town,build town into a distinctive canal town in North of the Yangtze River.
