摘要
基于大数据分析的家用多联机低负荷运行冷量过剩、低频能效低的问题,通过对变容压缩机的容积比、泵体结构、切换机构等方面优化设计,优选电机槽极配合和绕线方式,结合绕组切换技术、变频器电控优化等技术,降低了压缩机的摩擦功耗、泄漏损失、排气阻力等,提升电机低频效率,降低变频器控制损耗,从而拓展了最小冷量输出,大幅提升了压缩机低频能效,应用于家用多联机系统可使低负荷能效提升20%。
Based on big data analysis,analyzes the problems of excess capacity and low effciency in low-load household multi-line operation.By optimizing the volume ratio,pump structure,switching mechanism and other aspects of variable-volume compressor,optimizes the motor groove pole matching and winding mode,and combines winding switching technology,inverter electric control optimization and other technologies.Reduce the friction power consumption,leakage loss,exhaust resistance of the compressor,improve the low frequency effciency of the motor,reduce the frequency converter control loss,thus expanding the minimum cold output,greatly improve the low frequency energy effciency of the compressor,applied to the home multi-line system can make the low load energy effciency increased by 20%.
