摘要
冰箱门体自锁件是连接门体与箱体的重要组件,主要包括铰链和助吸器,其作用是保证门体在关合状态时具有一定的预紧力。自锁件不合理的设计极易引发开关门力感体验差、门体关合不严和开关门过程中产生异音等问题。针对我司某款冰箱门体自锁件在关门过程中产生较大异音的问题,借助仿真手段得到原始自锁件中的助吸器在关门过程中的运动学和动力学行为,对其结构进行多次优化,仿真分析其可行性,最后制作样件验证其实际降噪和自锁力效果。结果表明:优化的助吸器在保证原有自锁力的前提下大幅降低了关门过程中产生的异音,最大声压级降幅在30%以上,为用户提供了良好的听感体验。
The door self-locking part of refrigerator is the important component connecting the refrigerator cabinet and the door,it mainly includes hinge and suction assisting device,the self-locking part makes the door have a certain pre-tightening force after it is closed.The unreasonable design will lead to a poor experience of opening and closing the door,the door cannot be closed tightly,noise generated when opening and closing the door and so on.In view of the problem that the door self-locking part of a certain refrigerator in our company generates much noise during the door closing,analyzes the kinematics and dynamic behaviors of the original suction assisting device in the process of door closing with the help of simulation software,optimizes the structure repeatedly,analyzes the feasibility of the scheme adopts simulation means.Finally,makes the samples and verifies their practical noise reduction and self-locking force effects.It is found that the optimized suction assisting device can greatly reduce the noise during the door closing under the premise of ensuring the original preload,more than 30%reduction in the maximum sound pressure level,and provides users with good auditory perception experiences.
