摘要
为了使高等院校新入职教师和青年教师尽快成为业务精良的教育教学能手,高校要主动推进“双循环”的方式,助力新入职教师和青年教师教学水平提升。积极推动“双循环”,从岗前培训、教师教学培养体系、教学见习和试讲、教学比赛和教学研修、基层教学组织建设、新入职教师和青年教师、学生座谈会等方面助力新入职教师和青年教师教学水平提升。使新入职教师和青年教师自我赋能,激发内循环,提升教学能力;形塑人际,打造创新内外合力;敢于破冰,积蓄创新实践推力。
In order to make the new teachers and young teachers in colleges and universities become professional education and teaching experts as soon as possible,it is necessary to actively promote the“double cycle”method to help the new teachers and young teachers improve their teaching level.Actively promote the“dual circulation”,from the pre-service training,teaching training system,teaching probation and trial lecture,teaching competition and teaching research and study,grassroots teaching organization construction,new teachers and young teachers,student symposiums and other aspects to help new teachers and young teachers improve their teaching level.The motivation of new teachers and young teachers to improve their teaching ability is self-empowering,which stimulates inner circulation;shape interpersonal,creating innovative internal and external forces;Dare to break the ice and save innovation and practice thrust.
