Exploration on the Personnel Training Mode of Traffic Engineering in the New Era

为了在新时代背景下完善交通工程专业人才培养,探索基于人工智能与课程思政的交通工程专业人才培养模式。从教师与课程角度阐述了交通工程专业现阶段人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,提出了新时代背景下交通工程专业人才培养的改革方法与措施,从教师队伍建设、人才培养方案及教材体系建设等三个方面构建新时代交通工程专业人才培养模式。新时代背景下,交通工程专业人才培养模式改革适应了交通强国重大发展战略的需求,对培养交通工程领域创新型人才具有十分重要的意义。

To improve the training of traffic engineering in the new era,this paper explores the training mode of traffic engineering professionals based on artificial intelligence and curriculum ideology and politics.From the perspective of teachers and courses,this paper expounds the main problems existing in the training of traffic engineering,and puts forward the reform methods and measures for the training of traffic engineering in the new era.Furthermore,the training mode of traffic engineering in the new era is constructed from three aspects:the construction of teachers,the training scheme and the construction of teaching materials system.Under the background of the new era,the reform of the training mode of traffic engineering meets the needs of the major development strategy of a powerful traffic country,and it is of great significance to cultivate new innovative talents.
