军校实验室全周期动态建设与实践探索——以测控技术实验室建设为例

The Dynamic Construction and Practical Exploration of Military Academy Laboratory in Whole Cycle:Taking the Measurement and Control Technology Laboratory Constrction as an Example

近年来,军队院校已完成调整改革。在新形势下,军队院校资源条件建设特别是实验室建设成为教学质量保障体系中的重要环节之一。如何有效发挥实验室在教学环节中的优势作用,是当前需要解决的问题。结合陆军炮兵防空兵学院的现实基础条件、教学特色及学科特点等,以测控技术实验室建设为突破口,探索要素齐全的实验室全周期动态建设方法,并在实践课程、创新竞赛、教研项目中进行效果分析,以提升实践教学质量和创新能力。

In recent years,adjustment and reform of military academies have been completed.Under the new situation,the construction of resource conditions,especially laboratory construction has become one of the important links in the teaching quality assurance system.How to give full play to the advantages of the laboratory in the teaching process is an urgent problem to be solved.Combined with the reality basic condition of PLA Army Academy of Artillery and Air Defense,teaching characteristics and subject characteristics,etc this paper takes the construction of Measurement and Control Technology Laboratory as a breakthrough,explores the dynamic laboratory construction method with complete elements of whole cycle,analyzes the results of practical courses,which show the innovation competition and teaching and research projects,the enhancement of quality of practice teaching and innovative ability has been proved.
