摘要
高职学生是在新时期下不断成长的高级复合型技术人才,其不仅要具备出色的知识储备、扎实的专业技能,更要形成良好的心理健康意识,形成能够主动面对各种学习挑战、生活挑战的自我调节能力,从而全面提升高职学生的竞争力。在高职心理健康教育活动中,心理健康教育教师扮演着引路人、疏导者、参与者的角色,研究提升高职心理健康教育教师教学能力的有效策略,有助于高职心理健康教育的创新开展。现从高职心理健康教育的实施要求入手,思考基于胜任力模型加强提升高职心理健康教育教师专业教学能力的有效方法。
Higher vocational students are advanced compound technical talents who are growing constantly in the new era.They should not only have excellent knowledge reserves and solid professional skills,but also form a good sense of mental health,and form a self-regulation ability that can actively face various learning challenges and life challenges,so as to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational students.In higher vocational mental health education activities,mental health education teachers play the role of guides,facilitators and participants.Studying effective strategies to improve the teaching ability of higher vocational mental health education teachers will help to innovate the development of higher vocational mental health education.Starting from the implementation requirements of mental health education in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the effective methods to enhance the professional teaching ability of teachers of mental health education in higher vocational colleges based on the competency model.
