市域(郊)铁路地下停车场上盖综合开发与实践

我国步入多层次轨道交通发展的新时期,四网融合中干线铁路、城际铁路、城市轨道交通发展较为成熟,而市域(郊)铁路的发展正处于兴起态势,围绕市域(郊)铁路场站的综合开发研究也在逐步推进。从设计层面提出项目选址、功能策划、停车场布局、盖上开发物业及一体化设计是影响地下停车场上盖综合开发的5个重要因素,以上海市域铁路申昆路地下停车场上盖综合开发进行实践验证,并建设成为国内首例市域铁路地下停车场上盖综合开发项目,希望能够为同类型项目提供借鉴与参考。

China has entered a new period of multi-level rail transit development,the development of trunk railway,inter-city railway and urban rail transit is more mature,while the development of urban(suburban)railway is on the rise.the comprehensive development and research around urban(suburban)railway stations is also being promoted step by step.From the design level,it is put forward that project site selection,function planning,parking layout,property development and integrated design are five important factors affecting the comprehensive development of underground parking lot.It is verified by the comprehensive development of the underground parking lot on Shenkun Road of Shanghai Railway,and it will be the first comprehensive development project of the underground parking lot of the urban railway in China,which is expected to provide emulation and reference for similar projects.
