摘要
本文通过测定阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂作用下,黑色素细胞增殖抑制率、黑色素含量、酪氨酸酶活性、黑色素细胞生长率与黑色素合成抑制率,测试不同表面活性剂对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制性能。结果表明:3种表面活性剂对酪氨酸酶活性有很好的抑制作用,可降低黑色素含量,对黑色素细胞的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,黑色素细胞生长率降低,黑色素合成抑制率升高,浓度越高,抑制效果越好,吐温-80抑制效果最好,非离子表面活性剂对黑色素细胞的抑制作用最好。
By measuring the inhibition rate of melanocyte proliferation,melanin content,tyrosinase activity,melanocyte growth rate and melanin synthesis under the action of anionic surfactants,cationic surfactants and non-ionic surfactants,the inhibitions of different surfactants on tyrosinase activity were tested.The results showed that the three surfactants had a good inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity,which could reduce the content of melanin and inhibit the growth of melanocytes to varying degrees.The growth rate of melanocytes decreased,while the inhibition rate of melanin synthesis increased.The higher the concentration,the better the inhibition effect.Tween-80 had the best inhibition effect,and the non-ionic surfactant had the best inhibition effect on melanocytes.
