摘要
管棚超前支护法的应用让传统的被动防护变为主动防护,解决了常规线路防护中桥涵接长作业存在机械化率低、对线路运营影响大、投资高及施工繁杂、周期长和风险高等问题。本文利用有限元模拟计算软件Midas GTS建立数值模型,研究分析防护方式的可行性,提出可行且造价成本经济合理的防护方案。管棚超前支护法在乌将铁路项目的成功应用,证明其具有安全性、技术先进性和经济可行性,为既有铁路线防护开辟了一种新方法。
The application of the pipe shed overrun support method turned the traditional passive protection into active protection,and solved the problems of low mechanization rate,high impact on line operation,high investment and complicated construction,long period and high risk in the bridge and culvert jointing operation in conventional line protection.Using the finite element simulation software Midas GTS to establish a numerical model,to research and analysis the feasibility of the protection method,and put forward a feasible and economic and reasonable cost of protection program.The successful application of the pipe shed overrun support method in the Wujiang Railway project proves its safety,technical advancement and economic feasibility,and opens up a new method for the protection of existing railroad lines.
