急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗与静脉溶栓后急诊介入治疗的疗效对比研究

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects between Emergency Intervention Therapy for Acute Myocardial Infarction and Emergency Intervention Therapy after Intravenous Thrombolysis

探讨急诊介入治疗、静脉溶栓后急诊介入治疗在急性心肌梗死治疗中的临床应用效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月于高阳县医院接受急性心肌梗死治疗的95例患者为研究对象,试验以双盲法进行分组,对照组49例行急诊介入治疗方案,观察组46例行静脉溶栓后急诊介入治疗方案,比对治疗结果。研究发现,行静脉溶栓后急诊介入治疗,有助于控制急性心肌梗死患者实验室指标、炎症指标,可促进其左室功能与凝血功能恢复,对并发症进行控制,提高患者生活质量。

Explore the clinical application effects of emergency intervention therapy and intravenous thrombolysis followed by emergency intervention therapy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.95 patients who received acute myocardial infarc-tion treatment at Gaoyang County Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The exper-iment was divided into two groups using a double-blind method.The control group received emergency intervention treatment in 49 cases,while the observation group received emergency intervention treatment after intravenous thrombolysis in 46 cases.Com-pare treatment results.Research has found that emergency intervention treatment after intravenous thrombolysis can help control laboratory and inflammatory indicators in patients with acute myocardial infarction,promote the recovery of left ventricular func-tion and coagulation function,control complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
